Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by Monday 16 February 2025. Several payment options are available: online via credit card (credit card surcharge applies), credit card authorisation form (surcharge applies), over the phone by calling ASN Events on (03) 8658 9530 (credit card surcharge applies) , or EFT by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact ASN Events.

Accommodation bookings not paid for by Monday 16 February 2025 will be cancelled.

If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Accommodation booked as part of the conference registration process can be cancelled in full with no penalty, as long as your request to cancel is made no later than 35 days before the first date of your hotel booking. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to ASN Events. In some instances, accommodation providers may allow changes or cancellations within the 35-day period and ASN Events will manage this process for you and advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable portion.

Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Within 35 days of the conference, all rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the agreed rate for all room nights cancelled.

During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email ASN Events if you have any queries regarding accommodation.
