The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.

If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate'.

If you are yet to register for a conference run by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.

You can access your Online Registration Dashboard using the link in your registration confirmation email and https://members.asnevents.com.au/register/event/2072 . From the dashboard, you can update your details, download invoices and manage your accommodation or additional bookings.

Group Managers can register and manage multiple delegates on behalf of their organisation. This option is designed for organisations that need one person to coordinate registrations, invoices, payments and attendee details for a group. Each attendee must have their own individual profile, so the required details are captured for identification, communications, certificates where applicable and name badge production.

How do I register attendees as a Group Manager?

1. Open the event registration link.

2. If you are new to Currinda, select Group Registration. You will be prompted to create a profile for yourself.

3. If you already have an account, log in and select Groups from the top menu to start managing your group.

4. Add attendees to your group using one of the available options:

   1. Register a Managed User for someone who already exists in your group.

   2. Register a New Person to add someone by email. If they do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one.

5. Complete the registration details for each attendee, including registration type, activities, accommodation and any additional options.

6. If you are also attending the event, register yourself via the Registration tab before finalising your group.

7. Finalise your group and make payment using the option at the bottom of the page.

Please note: Finalising your group will close your personal registration page. If you decide to attend the event after your group has been finalised, contact ASN Events so we can assist with your registration.

Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made by credit card or direct debit.

Visa and Mastercard payments incur a 1.25% surcharge. American Express payments incur a 2.95% surcharge. (not relevant after 1st October)

If you select direct debit, banking instructions will be emailed to you after your registration is submitted. An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided once your registration is complete, and you can download or reprint your tax invoice and receipt from your registration dashboard at any time.

All fees are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. The conference ABN is 90 093 246 176. All online registrations are reviewed by the Conference Secretariat, who will contact you if any details need to be checked. If you need to make changes or additions after registering, return to your registration dashboard.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to ASN Events, ANZGOG2027@asnevents.net.au

Cancellations received before 21 March 2027 will be eligible for a refund less a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received on or after 21 March 2027 will not be refunded, however delegate substitution may be possible.

Unable to attend? Registration transfers to another person may be accepted at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat. Requests must be submitted in writing to ASN Events, ANZGOG2027@asnevents.net.au
