  • A blind review process will be conducted. You will be asked to provide author names and affiliations in the online submission process (authors must be listed in order of involvement), however please do not include this information on your Word document abstract.

  • Abstracts should contain the following content sections: Background/Introduction; Objectives; Methods (including type of data collected); Results and Conclusions.

  • The body of the abstract is limited to 600 words (does not include title).

  • All abstracts are to be complete at time of final submission, including all data results, if any.

  • There is no limit on the number of abstracts an author may submit.

  • All presenters must register to attend the meeting. Acceptance of abstracts into the program is contingent upon receipt of the registration fee in full.
