Poster Presentation

Abstracts chosen for the poster presentation will be required to attend in person.  The poster presentation session will be on Monday, 22 April. Poster presenters will be asked to do a short 2-minute presentation on their poster and be available to answer any questions from delegates.

Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstracts can be submitted for oral or poster presentation at the ASM.

  • All abstracts must be submitted online.

  • Abstracts may be for any type of research in gynaecological oncology. Pre-clinical studies may be better suited for the Pure Science session, however, will still be considered for the main program as well.

  • Case studies or encore abstracts will not be accepted.

  • A blind review process will be conducted. You will be asked to provide author names and affiliations in the online submission process (authors must be listed in order of involvement), however please do not include this information on your Word document abstract.

  • Abstracts should contain the following content sections: Background/Introduction; Objectives; Methods (including type of data collected); Results and Conclusions.

  • The body of the abstract is limited to 600 words (does not include title).

  • All abstracts are to be complete at time of final submission, including all data results, if any.

  • There is no limit on the number of abstracts an author may submit.

  • All presenters must register to attend the meeting. Acceptance of abstracts into the program is contingent upon receipt of the registration fee in full.

  • The abstract submission deadline is Wednesday, 28 February 2024 at 5.00pm (AEDT). No extensions will be provided
