Bree Stevens

Program Manager Community Engagement, ANZGOG

Bree Stevens manages ANZGOG’s Community Engagement Program, which provides opportunities for people with lived experience of gynaecological cancer to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s research, education, and advocacy initiatives.

With a degree in Communications and a Master of Health Policy, Bree brings over 20 years’ experience in the health sector, spanning government and not-for-profit organisations, with specialist expertise in women’s cancers, health communication, and consumer engagement.

In her role, Bree works closely with volunteers, members, and partner organisations to ensure lived experience perspectives inform and strengthen ANZGOG’s work. This includes oversight of the flagship Survivors Teaching Students® (STS) Program, a sought-after experiential learning initiative that uses the power of storytelling to connect clinical knowledge with real-world patient experiences.
