Debbie Shiell is Chief Executive Officer of Ovarian Cancer Australia (OCA), the national organisation supporting people affected by ovarian cancer through advocacy, awareness, and specialist support services. With more than 20 years' experience across the health and not-for-profit sectors, Debbie has held senior leadership roles at Austin Health Foundation, Monash Health Foundation, and the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation. She is recognised for her expertise in strategy, philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, and organisational leadership. Debbie is leading OCA's evolution to support women affected by all gynaecological cancers, while maintaining its longstanding commitment to the ovarian cancer community and person-centred care.
