Professor Woo Yin Ling is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Malaya and a Consultant Gynaecological Oncologist at University Malaya Medical Centre. Her work focuses on the screening, prevention, and management of gynaecological cancers, with a strong emphasis on solutions tailored to the Malaysian context.

Professor Woo is a strong advocate for healthcare innovations that are locally relevant and community-informed—particularly those that centre the voices of women.

Her contributions have been recognised internationally, including the FIGO Award in 2021 and the Rachel Pearline Award in 2022, for her work in advancing gynaecological cancer care in low- and middle-income countries.

She currently serves as Malaysia’s country representative to AOGIN, is a member of the WHO Screening and Treatment Working Group, the APEC and Commonwealth Cervical Cancer Working Group,.

Professor Woo is also a founding trustee of the ROSE Foundation, an initiative aimed at eliminating cervical cancer through community-empowered, evidence-based solutions.

Dr Kathleen Moore is the Associate Director of Clinical Research, Stephenson Cancer Center and Director, Oklahoma TSET Phase I Program.  She is board certified in obstetrics and gynaecology as well as gynaecologic oncology and hospice and palliative care. Dr. Moore has published more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and serves on the editorial board for four academic publications. She has a clinical research interest in drug development and phase I trials. She is the Designated Surgical Oncologist on the ASCO Board of Directors, as well as a member of ASCO’s Cancer Communications Committee.

William Small, Jr., MD, FACRO, FACR, FASTRO, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology and Director of the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center at Loyola University Chicago, and Vice President of Oncology for the Trinity Health IL/IN Division. 

Dr. Small completed medical school and residency training at Northwestern University School of Medicine. He has been an active researcher, teacher, and clinician for more than 30 years and has an international reputation for research and treatment of gynecological malignancies, gastrointestinal and breast cancers.

Dr. Small is a fellow of the American College of Radiation Oncology, the American College of Radiology, and the American Society for Radiation Oncology. He is a past president of the Gynecologic Cancer InterGroup  and holds leadership positions in many professional organizations including the American College of Radiation Oncology, the International Commission for Radiological Protection, and the American Radium Society,

He is the author of over 330 publications, 38 invited book chapters, and 7 books.
