We are delighted to be able to offer twelve (12) education travel grants to ANZGOG gynae oncology nurses/trial coordinators
from Australia and twelve (12) from New Zealand to attend the ANZGOG ASM 2024.

If your application is supported, you will receive:

·       Full (3 days) ASM registration, Welcome function and Annual Conference Dinner. (A total value of $350)

·       A travel/accommodation subsidy up to the amount of AUD700 for those attending from Australia and up to AUD300 for those attending from NZ.

Grant conditions:

·       Open to gynae oncology Nurses, Trial Coordinators & Data Managers.

·       Recipient should be an ANZGOG member or pending member at time of submission. Apply for ANZGOG membership here

·       Recipient must attend all 3 days of the conference including their respective workshop on Monday 22 April.

·       Priority will be given to one applicant per site in the initial acceptance round.

·       Recipient is expected to provide a brief report which summarises how the recipient benefited from receiving the grant within 30 days of the conclusion of the ASM. The report should be submitted to heshani.nesfield@anzgog.org.au

·       Flight and hotel Invoices are required to claim the grant up to the specified amount.

Sponsorships will be awarded on the merit of your application. Outcome notifications will be sent to you on Monday 5 February. The Earlybird registration rate will be extended to all applicants.
