Dr Morgan Farley is an exercise oncologist, founder of Valere Health, and an award-winning early career researcher, with a PhD in exercise oncology, she has dedicated her career to integrating evidence-based research into accessible cancer care aimed at improving treatment outcomes and symptom burden. 
In 2018, Morgan established Valere Health, a Brisbane-based oncology-specific exercise physiology practice, where she and her team have supported hundreds of people undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy and radiation therapy to use exercise as medicine to manage treatment-related side effects, improve quality of life, and optimise clinical outcomes. 

Morgan’s research focuses on supportive care interventions that reduce symptom burden and enhance responsiveness to cancer therapies, particularly exploring the immunomodulatory role of exercise. She currently holds a Research Fellow position at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. 

She is passionate about equipping multidisciplinary teams with practical, evidence-based knowledge and strategies to support women navigating menopause and other treatment-related challenges after cancer
